Fleet Infrastructure Renewals Mobilisation Lead – Engineering – Selhurst 

GTR are recruiting a Fleet Infrastructure Renewals Mobilisation Lead for the Depot Admin based out of our Selhurst Depot

This is a great opportunity for an individual with a proven track record to work for one of the country’s busiest and award-winning rail companies.

Responsible for ensuring that the processes used are robust and are aligned to the requirements of Railway Group Standards and other operational statutory requirements and are effectively executed to deliver the train service, maintenance plans and cleaning/servicing activities

Key Success Criteria

  • Proven experience in a coordination or leadership role within the rail industry, with a focus on renewals or significant infrastructure programs.
  • Experience in change management or business transformation programs.
  • Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
