As we have a unique opportunity for a Wholesale Manager to join our Foods team which is our fastest-growing channel in International!

As a key member of the sales team, you’ll be at the forefront of new business development, selling into some of the biggest Food brands globally and the expansion of existing wholesale partnerships. With a strong focus on go-to-market strategy and operational execution, this role will help shape the backbone of our wholesale function.
We’re looking for someone who is commercially astute, well-organised, and in the detail with experience in a start-up or scale-up food business and who has an entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment! We need you to be able to sell with authenticity and the passion for the brand!
NB: Although this role is based at our Paddington Support Office a minimum of three days a week some overseas travel may be required to either within the UK or internationally
What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Commercially and operationally responsible for your key markets / partners end to end
- Management of Food wholesales sales, shipments and profit vs. budget
- Own and manage the wholesale ranging process, working with category and UK teams to deliver commercially viable, seasonally relevant catalogues that reflect the latest product offering.
- Manage and maintain wholesale documentation, including Critical Path, Catalogue, and Pricing. Ensuring timelines are met and processes are auditable and well-executed across all functions.
- Face out into UK Food categories and suppliers to manage product creation and artwork processes for US customized recipes
- Use data analysis to review sales to learn and shape future ranging and volume decisions

Your skills and experience will include:
- Motivated and driven to succeed within a high-performing team environment
- Strong data accuracy and management skills, including production and distribution of selling materials
- Excellent time management with the ability to meet set timeframes and manage critical paths
- An analytical approach able to use data insightfully to shape commercial decisions that drive meaningful commercial outcomes with strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
- A confident communicator who can convey ideas and points of view in a compelling and engaging manner. With the ability to influence and adjust their style in line with their audience
