Job Title: Teacher – Cake Decoration/Patisserie Skills (Fixed Term, Part-Time)
Salary: Commencing at £30,527 with progression to £34,349 per annum pro rata
About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Deliver inspiring and practical lessons in cake decorating and patisserie.

  • Teach adult learners, helping them achieve City & Guilds qualifications.

  • Share your industry knowledge and demonstrate high-level techniques.

  • Support, mentor, and motivate learners to reach their full potential.

  • Be responsible for tracking student progress.

  • Contribute to maintaining the school’s reputation for excellence in food education.

About You

We are looking for current professionals with:

  • Hands-on experience in patisserie and cake decorating (this is essential).

  • A commitment to high standards and industry best practices.

  • Enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

Teaching experience is desirable but not essential – we welcome industry experts who want to train and develop the next generation, and we will support you in building your teaching skills.
