What you’ll do
As Head of Production, you will:
- Lead all aspects of e-commerce photography and internal creative production
- Scope, plan, and deliver production across international campaigns, POS, Plan A initiatives, and 3PB shoots including developing new shoot structures for non-traditional requests
- Source and manage specialist producers for complex activity
- Lead yearly forecasting and live budget reporting in partnership with Finance. Manage contracts and financial controls with production partners
- Collaborate across business units and external agencies to align production with strategic goals
Who you are
You’ll bring:
- Significant experience in production leadership within retail, fashion, or creative agency environments
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce photography and large-scale campaign production
- Strong financial acumen and contract management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration; high levels of organisation, proactivity, and adaptability
- Proven people leadership and team development capabilities
