Application Information
This programme is designed for Year 10 and Year 11 students currently studying at school. The placement runs 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day, you will be expected to attend our Telford office for the full 5 days of the placement.
We are offering placements on the following dates:
Monday 6 July – Friday 10 July
Monday 13 July – Friday 17 July

Interview process
Our application process includes an interview, which will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams for successful applicants during late January and early February.

About The Programme
Join Capgemini for our Year 10 work experience placement and explore careers in Business and Technology. Across your placement you’ll meet real project teams, learn how large digital services are delivered during our fun business challenge, and build skills you can take back to school and beyond.
What You Will Do
- Work within a team to experience real life project delivery and work with a real client
- Take part in team activities and problem‑solving challenges
- Gain a real insight into how projects are operated at Capgemini
- Introduction to roles across Capgemini such as, User Research, Software Engineer, Software Tester, Business Operations, Finance and Marketing
- Hear from our experts about pathways into apprenticeships and graduate programmes
