Forward Trust is looking for an Administrator to support our Swale community drug and alcohol service, based in Sittingbourne, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality data reporting that makes a real difference.
This role is primarily based in Sittingbourne, with occasional travel to other Forward Trust sites across East Kent to provide cover when needed. Flexibility, strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key to succeeding in this role.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Swale service
- Collecting, inputting and monitoring data to meet commissioner and organisational targets
- Producing monthly monitoring reports and supporting audits
- Managing phones, enquiries, post, meeting minutes and communications
- Maintaining accurate records across systems including Excel, Outlook, ILLY and Neo360
- Liaising with clinical teams, partner agencies and Head Office
- Ordering stock, maintaining office supplies and ensuring equipment is in working order
- Supporting confidentiality, data protection, quality, and governance standards at all times
What we’re looking for
- Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and case management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work flexibly across East Kent sites when required
- Professional, discreet and client-focused communication skills
- A collaborative team player who uses initiative
