CCTV/ Customer Service Agent- Wigan – Full-Time; 40 Hours per week – £25,396 per annum.

An exciting opening has arisen for a customer service agent to join our friendly team based in the customer service centre in Wigan. If you thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, are organised, and have an eye for detail, then this role is for you!
We are looking for an excellent team player with great communication skills who thrives under pressure and with the aptitude to multi-task. Could this be you?
What will you do?
- Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email in line with APCOA service level standards (training provided)
- Review CCTV footage
- Use knowledge of processes, laws, and policies to advise customers.
- Undertake clerical tasks in line with KPIs and within SLAs.

- 40 hours per week – 5 days over 7 between the hours of 8am and 8pm
- £25,396 annual salary (£12.21 hourly rate)
