Position: Touring Warden 
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal    
Pay Rates: Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age  
 
Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Touring Warden, here you’ll help create a great experience for our guests staying on our touring and camping facilities!  
 
We are seeking a hands-on, friendly Touring Warden to look after our touring facilities and pitches. If you love the outdoors and enjoy meeting new people, this role offers a rewarding way to be part of our guest experience.  
 
Key Responsibilities  
– Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they are settled and comfortable on their pitch.  
 Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of touring facilities, including showers, toilets, and communal areas.  
– Provide helpful information about the park and surrounding area, answering any guest queries.  
– Ensure pitches are kept tidy and prepared for new arrivals, supporting a clean and welcoming environment.  
– Conduct regular checks of the touring area to maintain safety and address any maintenance issues.  
 
Requirements  
– Experience in a customer service role is beneficial.  
– Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working in an outdoor setting.  
 Strong communication skills with a passion for helping guests.  
– Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.  
– A team player who can adapt to dynamic, guest-focused environments.
