Rate of pay: £12.60ph 
Hours: 35 hours per week (5 over 7 days)

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organised Stores Person to support our kiosk operations throughout the day and take the lead as a Supervisor on matchdays at Aberdeen Football Club.

This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in delivering a smooth and successful matchday experience for our fans. You’ll be responsible for ensuring kiosks are fully stocked, set up, and ready to go — and you’ll take charge of the team when the stadium comes alive.

  • Supporting the daily setup and restocking of kiosks across Pittodrie Stadium.
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring equipment is in place and ready.
  • Taking ownership of kiosk readiness and presentation.
  • Leading and supervising the kiosk team on matchdays, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Communicating clearly with team members and management.
  • Performing regular heavy lifting as part of stock movement and setup duties.



Qualifications

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is dependable and self-motivated.
  • Has excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Can work independently and take initiative.
  • Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting.
  • Has experience in hospitality, retail, or event operations (preferred but not essential).
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
