Duty Retail Manager (Art Sales & Training) – London, W1J 0BD

Salary: £37,500

We are currently look to recruit a Duty Retail Manager (Art Sales & Training) to join our Retail team.

The Duty Retail Manager will ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming and on-brand and lead sales initiatives to achieve and exceed retail targets. Along with managing on-shift operational functions across retail areas, this role will encourage the expansion and growth of RA Art sales and be the training lead for the retail team.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will be a dynamic, customer care focussed individual, with substantial retail or commercial management experience. You will be familiar working in a busy environment and consistently delivering first class customer service and maximising sales opportunities.

With exceptional communication and organisational skills, you will be able to adapt quickly and confidently to changes and challenges within the daily operations of Retail, whilst always maintaining excellent customer standards.

You will have a genuine interest in art and knowledge or experience in the commercial and operational aspects of art sales, including the presentation and fulfilment of artworks.

You will be a natural coach and confident when training others, with the ability to translate key messages clearly and accommodate varying learning styles.

Please note, this role is required to work 45 hours per week, across a fixed rotation, including weekends and bank holidays.
