Salary: £80,000

Please note that this role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract as it is maternity cover.

About this Role

The Royal Academy of Arts is currently looking to recruit a new Head of Digital, Technology & Insight to join us on a fixed term contract basis. This role will provide senior direction on technology, vision and innovation at the Royal Academy.

The Head of Digital, Technology and Insight will oversee delivery of the RA’s Digital Technology strategy and roadmap, along with provide oversight of protocols, reporting, and day to day systems support. This role will oversee technology processes and governance and will promote collaborative working practices across technical teams, including a commitment to integrated reporting.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have significant experience in technology related role, along with proven strategic expertise and demonstrable experience developing and implementing technology roadmaps for large organisations. You will have successfully implemented large-scale, high value technology projects and be able to effectively work with senior leadership to manage technology related risks.

Thorough understanding of commercial KPIs and analytics across several business streams is essential to the success of this post, as is the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of technical specialists.
