You’ll be leading multi-site delivery of TFM services, while setting clear direction, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustained operational excellence.
We’re appointing an Accounts Director to play a key role within our senior leadership team, owning a complex, multi-client portfolio and shaping how service excellence, consistency, and growth are delivered across the business.
What You’ll Be Owning:
- Full accountability for multi-site delivery across a complex FM portfolio, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes across all locations.
- Leadership of TFM services, driving best practice, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Building trusted, senior-level client and stakeholder relationships, positioning yourself as a strategic partner rather than just a service provider.
- Driving commercial performance and organic growth, identifying opportunities to enhance value, retain contracts, and expand service scope.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Contract and Account Managers, creating clear accountability and capability at every level.
- Owning the financial performance, with P&L, cost control, margin management, and a proactive approach to risk and opportunity.
- Ensuring consistency, compliance, and service excellence across all soft services streams, embedding standardisation without losing flexibility.
- Acting as a key voice at the leadership table, influencing strategy, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering shared business objectives.
Who You Are:
- An experienced senior FM leader with a strong track record in TFM accounts leadership across large, geographically dispersed portfolios.
- A confident operator who can move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on intervention when service or relationships are on the line.
- A people-focused leader who coaches, challenges, and inspires teams to perform at their best.
- Commercially astute, with strong P&L ownership and a data-led approach to decision-making.
- Skilled at leading change, improving performance, and building long-term, value-driven client relationships.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Passionate about service excellence, operational detail, and innovation that delivers real-world results.
