Sous Chef
Location: Near St James’s Park, London
Salary: £41,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Overtime: Paid at time and a half
We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join a high-end staff dining operation near St James’s Park. You will be working in a small, professional kitchen team alongside a Head Chef and CDP, in a calm, well-organised environment with a strong focus on food quality, consistency, and chef wellbeing.
About the role
Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Producing fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
Contributing to menu development and daily service
Working closely with and supporting the CDP
