This role owns and manages the Single Front Door—our unified intake process for all change, demand, and initiative requests—ensuring work is captured, assessed, prioritised, and progressed consistently.

This role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the quarterly planned roadmap, ensuring alignment between business priorities, capacity, dependencies, and delivery commitments. Acting as a central coordination point between business functions, technology, and delivery teams, this role ensures that demand is understood, prioritised, and sequenced to optimise value delivery.

  • Provide clear, regular insights and reporting on demand pipeline, roadmap health, prioritisation outcomes, and capacity impacts.
  • Working closely with the Head of Portfolio demand who supports the business to shape their roadmaps of change and alignment to strategy and value.
  • Also to work closely with the resourcing manager as the ‘Supply’ element of the picture as the committed roadmap view is shaped looking for risks, and constraints..
  • Act as a trusted partner to Product Owners, Business Leads, Delivery Managers, and Technology teams to ensure end-to-end transparency and alignment.
  • Communicate decisions, dependencies, and roadmap changes clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Champion a unified, disciplined approach to demand management and planning across the COO. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement of the demand and roadmap processes, ensuring they remain scalable, efficient, and reflective of organisational maturity.
  • Support teams in adopting consistent ways of working, leveraging Atlassian tooling (Jira & Confluence) where applicable.
  • Develop clear guidance, templates, and governance to support effective planning and prioritisation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline flow, reduce waste, and enhance predictability across teams.

What do I need?
