IT Service Desk Administrator
Location: Watford Campus WD17 3EZ
Salary: Up to *GBP*25,948.96 per annum
Contractual Hours: 37.00
Basis: Full time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer‑focused IT Service Desk Administrator to join our IT & Systems Department.
This central role is responsible for providing an excellent first point of contact for all IT‑related enquiries across the College. Working within a high‑volume environment, you will handle incoming calls and emails, triage incidents, and deliver effective first line support to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.
As part of a flexible and supportive team, you will play a key role in maintaining service quality, ensuring accurate ticket management, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the IT Service Desk function.
The ideal candidate will hold excellent customer service qualities and 1st class organisational skills.
This is a full time, permanent position, working 37 hours per week. This role will be based at our Watford campus (hybrid working pattern available).
