The Role

Ravensbourne University London is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our IT Services team, with a primary focus on supporting and enhancing our HR systems (iTrent and related applications), alongside exposure to wider business systems including Finance (Unit4/Agresso).
Take a leading role in supporting, maintaining, and improving our HR systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organisation, you will work closely with HR stakeholders to enhance processes and system functionality.
The Candidate
This role is ideal for someone with experience in HR systems or HR operational environments who is keen to further develop their technical and systems expertise within a collaborative and innovative setting.
- Experience working with HR systems (such as iTrent or similar platforms), or within an HR operational environment
- An interest in developing a career in systems analysis, application support, or business systems
- Experience supporting or improving business applications in a complex organisation (higher education experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
