The role 

We are looking for an organised and motivated finance professional to join our Reporting Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity would suit a part-qualified accountant or an experienced finance professional looking to further develop their accounting and reporting experience within a large, fast-paced business environment.

You will support the preparation of management accounts, month-end reporting, audit requirements, and financial reporting processes, helping to ensure accurate and timely financial information across the group.

This is an excellent opportunity to build experience within a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional environment while working alongside experienced finance professionals.

What you will do

Financial & Management Reporting

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Support month-end reporting processes
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting documentation

Audit and Statutory Reporting

  • Assist with the preparation of information for year-end accounts and external audit
  • Support statutory reporting requirements across group entities
  • Respond to finance queries from internal and external stakeholders

What you will have

  • Previous experience in an accounting, audit or finance role.
  • Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA / AAT, or qualified by experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Positive and proactive approach to work.

Experience within construction, property or project-based businesses would be beneficial but is not essential.
