Claims Analysis Process Leader
Supporting an industry-leading global claims organization, these role will help empower results for colleagues and clients by providing high-quality data, reporting, and analytical support. It will play a critical role in enabling scalable claims insights by supporting data consolidation, recurring and ad-hoc reporting, and day-to-day requests from internal stakeholders and clients.

What the day will look like
- Support data consolidation and preparation activities across multiple data sources, including cleansing, formatting, validation, and reconciliation (e.g., large client datasets, carrier feeds, and operational extracts).
- Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports, including monthly reporting packs, dashboards, and data extracts for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Respond to ongoing colleague and client data and reporting requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-documented outputs.
- Assist in maintaining standardized reporting processes, templates, and documentation to support scalability and consistency.
- Support business-as-usual analytics activities, including quality checks, refresh monitoring, and issue escalation where required.
- Collaborate with global claims, analytics, and operations colleagues to understand requirements and translate them into clear data and reporting outputs.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, handovers, and working groups to build shared understanding of data sources, reporting logic, and client-specific nuances.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline data preparation, reporting, and request intake processes.
- Manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, meeting agreed timelines and service expectations.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accountability when working with client-facing data and deliverables.
How this opportunity is different
As part of the global Claims Analytics and Operations ecosystem, this role is responsible for supporting daily analytics and reporting activities, including but not limited to data consolidation, report generation, and responding to colleague and client requests. The individual will work closely with global claims, analytics, and operations colleagues, coordinating work and sharing knowledge across regions.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, ideally in business, analytics, information systems, economics, engineering, statistics, or related fields.
- Strong comfort working with data, including structured and unstructured datasets, and data modeling to support reporting tools.
- Experience or interest in data consolidation, reporting, analytics support, or operational analytics roles.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Alteryx, or similar analytical and data platforms is preferred.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with data and reports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to colleague and client queries.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, datasets, and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, virtual team environment across time zones.
