What the day will look like

In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve how we operate. You will manage and contribute to initiatives focused on efficiency, clarity and measurable impact, using structured project management and continuous improvement approaches.

You will:

  • Manage projects related to process improvement, cost efficiency and operational effectiveness, from scope definition through delivery
  • Coordinate project activities, support resource planning and track progress to ensure milestones are achieved
  • Partner with stakeholders to review current processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvement opportunities
  • Document processes using clear process maps and flowcharts to support transparency and alignment
  • Apply Lean and basic Six Sigma principles, including root cause analysis, to support improvement initiatives
  • Define and monitor KPIs, using data to assess performance and highlight trends
  • Present insights and recommendations that support informed decision‑making

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Experience in project management, process improvement or operational roles
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to work with data and translate insights into recommendations
