As Senior Treasury Dealer, you will be at the heart of our Front Office operation, helping to manage liquidity, foreign exchange activity and cash flow while ensuring strong controls, smooth execution and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Treasury, Finance, banking partners and system providers, combining technical expertise with relationship building and innovation to help shape how Treasury operates now and in the future.

We welcome full-time and part-time applications. For part time applicants, the role would be structured across Monday to Friday mornings, working until 1pm.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Deliver day-to-day cash management, liquidity planning and cash flow activity, ensuring all deadlines are met accurately and efficiently
  • Execute and optimise short term FX, deposits and money market activity to support business liquidity and hedging needs, within Treasury policy and counterparty limits
  • Act as a key contact for internal funding requirements, providing responsive and commercially aware support to the business
  • Produce clear and insightful cash and liquidity reporting, supporting decision-making and risk management
  • Maintain robust procedures, controls and documentation across front office activities
  • Contribute to treasury transformation initiatives, including automation, systems improvements and AI-enabled processes

Who you are

Your skills will include:

  • Experience in corporate treasury, with part qualified or qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACT considered an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines without compromising control or accuracy.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships with internal business partners, external partners and banking contacts
  • High proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of treasury and payment systems such as Integrity, FXAll or online banking platforms welcomed
