Account Coordinator – Budapest, Hungary
Aon is a leading global insurance brokerage, risk management and HR consulting firm. We have 60,000 employees in 120 countries. Our Commercial Risk business provides risk management and insurance consulting to corporate clients.
Currently we are looking for a dedicated Account Coordinator, who will provide administrative and operational support to our Account Executives regarding client insurance needs. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Budapest office
What the day will look like
- You will participate in insurance policy renewal activities
- Handle contract signatures and administration
- Prepare reports to clients/colleagues
- Cross-check data with insurance companies/clients
- Update internal systems with contract details
- Create reports for Brokers/Clients
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to support their insurance needs and respond to simple queries
- Prepare information materials
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service

- Administrative experience
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Relevant market experience is a great advantage: insurance, insurance broker, HR advisory
