We have an exciting role on offer within our Community Learning service as an apprenticeship Learning and Development Coach.

This post is a key function within Middlesbrough Community Learning, Middlesbrough Council’s adult learning and employability service.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference, helping young people and adults build a future career pathway through the knowledge, skills and experience they develop on their apprenticeship.

What You’ll Do: –

  • Deliver engaging apprenticeship provision in several occupational areas.
  • Embed English, Maths, ICT, Safeguarding and Prevent into programme delivery.
  • Support learners with feedback, progression and next steps into work or further learning.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality and Ofsted requirements.

  • A creative and engaging tutor who enjoys working with young people and adults.
  • Ability to develop apprentices for their future career aspirations.
  • Strong organisation, communication and ICT skills.
  • A flexible team player committed to inclusive and safe learning environments.

Please note, this is a part time vacancy, working 18.5 hours per week.
