Overview

The Administrators role is within our Early Help service, this includes supporting Family Work team, the Early Help MACH team and the Education, Employment, and Training team which are all part of the Early Help Service.

This role involves providing a wide range of technical and administrative support across the service, including call handling and data entry. This role of administrator is critical to all aspects of the work including our allocations processors and the Early Help MACH functions.

The role will include responsibility for accurate inputting and updating to a high quality and in a timely manner the information on relevant Council IT systems including case management systems.
