About the job you’re considering

Support the delivery of temporary planned Key Events and Unplanned Key Events for the duration.  
The successful candidate will be fully flexible and ideally have experience of working in a large outsource service environment. The applicant will gain exposure in managing the delivery of services, solutions, and operations. 

 

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

  • Distribute and recover End User devices to support Key Events in accordance with the Service Request process to an agreed timetable in respect of that event
  • Participate in planning, operation and post event activities as required to ensure the successful delivery of End User services during the event
  • Determine levels of End User Device stock required to support planned and unplanned Key Events
  • Store and maintain on Supplier premises End User Devices for Key Events and make available for use as requested by the Authority

  • Good IT knowledge
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and take on additional roles as and when required
  • ITIL v3 Foundation

Your security clearance and pre-employment checks

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
 
 
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
