About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Highway Maintenance and Management, responsible for all planned, cyclical and reactive maintenance of our roads, footways, cycleways, drainage network, green infrastructure and structures. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of our highway infrastructure, ensuring that it is safe, efficient, and well-maintained. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and work closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader with a deep understanding of highways maintenance and management. With a strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure, or a related discipline, you bring a wealth of experience in leading complex services within a large and dynamic organisation.
