We are looking for a Resales Administrator to join our After Sales team and provide essential support across a range of property transactions, including shared ownership resales, equity loans, and staircasing. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career within the housing and property sector while working with a collaborative and supportive team.

About the Role

As a Resales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of after-sales activities. Working closely with internal teams, customers, solicitors, and stakeholders, you will provide high-quality administrative support while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support to the After Sales team.

Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email.

Maintaining accurate customer records on CRM systems.

Preparing, recording, and processing legal documentation.

Supporting the signing and sealing of legal documents and monitoring completion timescales.

Assisting customers through post-completion processes.

Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

Raising invoices and supporting financial administration.

Contributing to departmental reporting and data management activities.

Desirable

Experience of CMS systems.

Interest in or experience within the property, housing, or real estate sector.
