We have an exciting role on offer within our Transformation and Administration service as an Administration Assistant.
Middlesbrough Children’s Services is committed to delivering an effective and comprehensive frontline service with customer excellence in mind. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, organisational and IT skills as well as experience of working in a frontline service.
You will be required to provide a wide range of technical and administrative support including call handling using a switchboard, managing a shared email inbox, high level of complex data input using systems such as liquid logic.
You will be expected to ensure that all business support responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. A knowledge of Children’s Social Care is advantageous but not essential as on the job training will be given for all tasks undertaken. Due to the nature of the work a high level of confidentiality is required. The post holder will be expected to be flexible and accommodating.
