As our Business Improvement Performance Analyst, you’ll help us turn data into meaningful insight that drives better decisions and better outcomes for our customers and colleagues. Sitting at the heart of our business improvement activity, you’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement and provide the intelligence needed to make informed decisions.

You’ll be responsible for producing accurate and engaging performance reporting, ensuring colleagues at all levels have access to timely, reliable information that helps them understand what’s working well and where action is needed. Whether you’re developing dashboards, analysing trends, benchmarking our performance or supporting strategic projects, you’ll use your analytical skills to bring data to life and tell clear, compelling stories.

A key part of the role will be building strong relationships across the business. You’ll take time to understand the challenges facing different teams and use data and insight to help solve problems, measure success and support continuous improvement. You’ll be confident challenging assumptions, exploring root causes and recommending practical solutions that deliver value for both the organisation and our customers.

You’ll also play an important role in improving the quality, consistency and accessibility of our data, helping to strengthen our reporting capability and support a culture where evidence and insight are at the centre of decision making. Through your work, you’ll contribute to the ongoing development of our performance and business intelligence function, ensuring we continue to learn, improve and deliver excellent services.
