Our Commercial Risk division supports corporate clients with tailored risk and insurance solutions. As the newest member of our Health & Benefits team, you will play a key role in designing and handling corporate employee benefits programs that have a real impact on people’s lives.

 

What the day will look like

 

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, present, and sell corporate health and other insurance-based employee benefits programs
  • Build, grow, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, insurers, and healthcare providers
  • Manage contracts and keep internal records accurate and up to date
  • Organize and facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations
  • Provide thoughtful, professional support and advice on insurance-related questions

Skills and experience that will lead to success

 

We know that great talent can come from many different paths. You may be a strong candidate if you have most of the following:

  • At least 5 years of experience in personal insurance or a closely related field
  • A higher education degree (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a variety of audiences
  • A creative, client-centered attitude and a problem-solving approach
  • Category B driver’s license and driving experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
