Do you have the following?:
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in reporting and record keeping
- System and technology focused and innovative in approach
- Good level of numeracy and literacy with organisational and administrative skills to support the Home Manager with tasks such as reporting, ensuring systems are updated, management of budgets, invoices and payments, HR and payroll
- The skills to manage, lead and motivate the reception team
- Good customer service skills, in person, over the phone and via email, including conducting show rounds of the home for prospective residents and other visitors
