Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for:
You will be joining the Helpdesk team who are centrally based on our Loughborough campus within the Maintenance Yard. The team provide support to colleagues sitewide by supporting the management of reactive and maintenance tasks that appear throughout the working day all across our large campus.
We are looking for a highly professional and friendly individual who will be confident to take on the shared responsibility of providing day to day support within the Helpdesk.
You will be a people person, who is happy to communicate via phone and email and be confident to work alongside our Archibus system to allocate maintenance tasks across our multi skilled trades teams.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role
- Competent IT skills including excellent use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous relevant experience of working in a busy customer focused office environment
- Highly professional and flexible with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience of establishing and maintaining accurate electronic records
