Administrative Assistant, Creative – Santa Monica, 90404, United States of America 

How we LEAD:
The REPUBLIC Collective is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant, Creative to support their Creative Collective department. This role will provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Creative as well senior leaders within the department.

How you’ll CREATE:

  • Provide administrative and operational support
  • Review incoming materials and determine priority 
  • Make edits to decks or pitch materials 
  • Submit materials on behalf of Federal Films 
  • Manage complex and fluctuating schedules including scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, prioritizing calendars and follow up
  • Process travel & entertainment expenses 
  • Coordinate and book complex and frequent travel; prepare itineraries, meeting agendas
  • Actively participate in the evolving ecosystem of the Creative Collective department

Bring your VIBE:

  • At least one (1) year relevant experience working an administrative or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in music, Creative or relevant field
  • Experience booking flight travel and processing expense reports
  • Previous experience working within a music label preferred
  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees if our company at all levels
  • Must be highly organized and forward-thinking
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to prioritize, organize and follow administrative procedures
  • Strong computer skills required: MS Office Suite
  • Bonus skills: Adobe CC Suite, Video Editing software
