About the role
Sense College has a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a small supportive team that provide administrative support to the Executive Principal, Principal and college senior management team. The role is based at Sense College, Sense Centre Hampton, Forder Way, Peterborough. You will be line managed by the PA to the Executive Principal and will work closely with the PA and Clerk to Sense College Governing Body to ensure that all duties are met to required standards.
This is a 6-month temporary contract, with a view to permanent appointment as operational requirements allow. The working hours are 35 hours per week with a daily start time of 09.00 am and end time of 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Our college office is based on a busy commercial business park with good public transport links and car parking available. In line with our commitment to support people in the most flexible and person centred way we can, you may sometimes be asked to work in different services or settings.

Key skills and experience required:
- Minimum of level 2 literacy and numeracy skills
- Able to manage own workload and time management skills
- Confident in using all Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of GDPR legisaltion, whilst maintaining confidentiality, discretion and sensitivity at all times
