Salary: Commencing at £24,671 with progression to £25,822 per annum
About the Role
What You Will Do

You will provide efficient and proactive administrative support to the Leeds Junior Conservatoire , delivering a welcoming, timely, and professional service to students, families, and Conservatoire staff.

Central to the role is a strong customer-focused approach, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and that the needs of our service users are met with care and efficiency.

Support the administration of course programmes including enrolment, room bookings, facilities setup, registers, timetables, and student support.

Organise enrolments, performances, auditions, and graduation activities, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

Handle and log LJC course and open day enquiries, working alongside wider Conservatoire enquiries.
About You

Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent) and GCSE level 4/ grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Strong IT skills with confidence using a range of digital systems.

Proven administrative experience, including working with computerised information systems.

Experience working with under-18s is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

Excellent organisational skills to manage a varied workload, with the ability to maintain accuracy and focus under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
