We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Social Worker to join our Adult Community Team in Huntingdon. Based at Scott House, you’ll be part of a warm, collaborative service that works hand-in-hand with health professionals, partners, families, and carers to achieve the very best outcomes for adults in our community.

About you
You’re passionate about social work, a natural leader, and keen to share your knowledge and experience. You’ll bring:
• Social Work England registration
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
• Ideally, Practice Educator status (or working towards it)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across agencies, providers, families, and carers
• Flexibility to work from a variety of locations and travel independently
