We have an exciting role on offer within our Prevention, Provider & Support Services as an ASC Provider Services Lead Officer.

About Us

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Adult Social Care and Health Integration as a Service Lead who will have overall responsibility for the operation of our adult day care and short breaks facilities.

Across our centres we offer services to older people and those who have had a diagnosis of Dementia or are experiencing problems with their memory. We support Adults with Autism / Asperger, the service promotes personal life and social skills development through its varied and personalised activity programmes for individuals from the age of 18 upwards. Also, we provide a service for individuals with profound and complex learning and physical disabilities within an environment that is conducive to support individual needs.

We also provide an in-house short breaks service catering for individuals from 18yrs to 65+ with learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will provide professional expertise, scrutiny and practice support in relation to for the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support services ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, standards and inspection requirements. Ensure that safeguarding and duty of care principles are at the forefront of service delivery.

The right candidate will support the strategic relationships with health colleagues with regards to partnership working.
