About the role
Are you detail-oriented, business-savvy, and ready to make a significant impact? As Reckitt's Global Financial Controller, you will have a critical role in delivering clarity and direction to financial operations worldwide. Guarding against risks and seeking out opportunities for improvement, you will become an essential piece of our puzzle, keeping us balanced and pointed towards success. Your analysis will shape the financial health of our global operations and reveal opportunities for greater efficiency.
Your responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Perform month-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Assist with the management of embellishment facilities and external manufacturing/copackers.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights on cost drivers and variances.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly financial results, applying strong accounting knowledge to analyze and clearly communicate variances to stakeholders.
Forecasting & Planning:
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts for embellishment facilities and external manufacturing.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of forecast variances, documenting actionable insights to enhance forecast accuracy and inform future planning.
Collaborate with commercial finance, operations, and planning teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
• Support the annual budget and strategic planning processes for assigned cost areas.
Business Partnering & Decision Support:• Collaborate with operations, supply planning, and commercial teams to support business CAPEX decisions and forecasting.
• Support process improvements and automation to enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with the CMO operations team, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and operational goals.
Audit & Compliance:
•Ensure robust internal controls and compliance, supporting external audits and documentation standards.
• Address auditor requests and work cross-functionally to implement audit recommendations
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/MBA is a plus).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), supply finance, or related areas.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost accounting, COGS management, and balance sheet/P&L oversight.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

US salary ranges
USD $100,000 – $150,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
