Position: Barista
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age

Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Barista. You’ll be part of a friendly and energetic team delivering branded coffee to our holiday park guests and owners, helping create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits.

This role focuses on great customer service, consistency, and presentation rather than traditional barista craftsmanship, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

– Serve hot drinks and related products in line with brand standards and training provided.

– Deliver friendly, welcoming customer service and create positive guest interactions.

– Operate the coffee equipment confidently and safely following all procedures.

– Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.

– Keep the unit well-stocked, organised, and presentable throughout shifts.

– Support smooth service during busy periods to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

– A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer service.

– Willingness to learn and follow brand and food safety standards (training provided).

– Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced holiday park environment.

– Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and varied shift patterns as required.

– Previous hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
