Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Host/Hostess to Join our team at Victoria & Albert Museum
We are predominantly day time shifts, meaning we offer one of the best work-life balance in hospitality.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile
- Manage queues to reduce waiting time
- Manage reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Support waitstaff and other team members as needed
We are looking for experience in customer service, full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a host/hostess
- A friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who loves working with others
- Flexible availability, including weekends
We Offer:
Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shifts: 5 days out of 7
Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
