Amplifi is the Smart Retail arm of Compass Group UK&I, delivering innovative unattended retail solutions that combine technical maintenance, fully managed services, and actionable insights to optimize sales. With ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who knows the industry and can build strong, lasting relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build long-term client relationships and understand their business needs.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality.
  • Strong industry knowledge and existing UK hospitality connections.
  • Relationship-driven approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and digital sales channels.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client engagement.
