We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Representatives to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue. In this role, you’ll engage in outbound prospecting, connect with key decision-makers, qualify leads, and showcase our value proposition. Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives to understand their business needs and present Ideagen’s solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A supportive and collaborative work environment.
