About Us

The Business Support Service Team are a friendly and professional team that work together effectively across commissioning and operational services in Adult Social Care.  The Business Support Service is central in providing support for senior managers and the operational teams throughout the county.  We work to an agile framework and have a good internal electronic communication network for added support and supervision and have offices based around the county.

 

About the Role

The apprentice in Business Support Service is designed for someone with limited previous experience to enter the workforce.   You will build your skills across the directorate and will include learning how to provide excellent customer service, develop networking skills and to effectively communicate via telephone, emails, and face to face.  You will learn how to organise meetings and negotiate with people who have busy diaries and work with the team to support the busy team inbox.
  
  You will also be studying for the lvl3 business administration qualification with Abingdon and Witney College alongside this.
