The food is cooked on site each day. Menus change each term and you’ll have a hand in them: bringing your own dishes, testing new ideas, and taking feedback from the
**Day to day, you’ll: **
– Run your section: prep, cook and serve to a standard you’d put your name to
– Help develop menus and new food concepts
– Stay on top of ordering, stock and allergen information
– Keep hygiene and food safety audit-ready
– Support and guide commis chefs and kitchen assistants on your section
**You’ll need:**
– City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or an NVQ equivalent
– Experience at CDP level or similar; school or contract catering experience is ideal
– A Food Hygiene certificate
– A bit of flexibility for the occasional late or Saturday, paid at the rates above
