The Pem is the signature restaurant here at Conrad St James,London dedicated to the pursuit of culinary excellence using the best of local British ingredients. We\’ve quickly built a strong reputation for elegant flavours using seasonal-led ingredients, locally produced. Since opening, we\’ve won an array of awards including \’One to Watch\’ at the National Restaurant Awards 2021.
What will I be doing?
- Regular training\’s
- Ensure all food preparation meets standards
- Prepare and present high quality food
- Supervise staff
- Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus
- Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant, Michelin experience preferred.
- Ability and desire to motivating Team
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work on own or in teams
