The Venue – The Pem Restaurant
The Pem is the signature restaurant here at Conrad St James,London dedicated to the pursuit of culinary excellence using the best of local British ingredients. We’ve quickly built a strong reputation for elegant flavours using seasonal-led ingredients, locally produced. Since opening, we’ve won an array of awards including ‘One to Watch’ at the National Restaurant Awards 2021.
What will I be doing?
- Regular training’s
- Ensure all food preparation meets standards
- Prepare and present high quality food
- Supervise staff
- Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus
- Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant, Michelin experience preferred.
- Ability and desire to motivating Team
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work on own or in teams
