Chef de Partie – London
£16.97 per hour | Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join a busy and professional kitchen operation based in London. This role would also suit a strong Commis Chef who is ready to step up into a CDP position and is looking to progress within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Running your section efficiently during service

Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a consistently high standard

Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations

Ensuring all food is produced in line with recipes and specifications
-
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up

Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment

Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

A positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills

A genuine desire to learn, develop, and progress
