We are recruiting a Chef de Partie for a high-volume staff dining operation in a flagship tech environment.
Chefs will rotate across on-site kitchens, including a flagship café serving 1,000–2,000 covers daily, so flexibility is key. You’ll run your own section, delivering high-quality food for busy breakfast and lunch services, and managing service independently when required.
This is a Monday–Friday role (7:00am–3:30pm) offering excellent work–life balance.
What you’ll be doing
- Running your own kitchen section
- Preparing and delivering high-quality hot and cold food for breakfast and lunch services
- Managing service independently when required
- Rotating across multiple kitchens depending on business needs
- Communicating directly with customers in an open-kitchen environment
- Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation
- Supporting the wider chef brigade and adapting in a high-volume setting
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working at Chef de Partie or strong Demi/CDP level
- Strong all-round kitchen knowledge, covering both hot and cold sections
- Confident running service independently when required
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced food operation
- Clear communicator with a customer-focused mindset
- Flexible and open to rotating across multiple kitchen locations on site
- Backgrounds from contract catering, staff dining, or restaurant kitchens are all welcome
