We are currently recruiting for a skilled Chef de Partie to join a professional kitchen team in Edinburgh, offering an excellent Monday to Friday work schedule.
The role
Preparing and cooking fresh, high quality food
Running your section during service
Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Working closely with senior chefs and the wider team
What we’re looking for
Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi ready to step up
Passion for fresh food and consistency
Reliable, organised and a team player
