JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Client Advisor to join our team at Le Bon Marché in Paris, where client relationships, craft and service excellence sit at the heart of everything we do. This role plays a key part in delivering a personalised and elevated luxury experience, while driving commercial success through genuine client engagement. As a brand ambassador for Burberry, you will inspire clients through your passion for fashion, styling and our heritage. Working closely with store management, you will contribute to a warm, inclusive and high‑performing retail environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients through personalised, attentive service.
  • Deliver a consistently elevated client experience aligned with Burberry values and luxury standards.
  • Demonstrate expert product, styling and brand knowledge to inspire clients and drive sales.
  • Support commercial performance by identifying client needs and offering considered, relevant solutions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Burberry’s heritage, creativity and collections.
  • Collaborate with store management and colleagues to maintain a positive, client‑focused environment.
