Concierge –
Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking a Concierge to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hotelier to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants – Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud – bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional fives star guest experience, consistently upholding the worldclass service standards recognised by Forbes.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
A Concierge serves as a trusted ambassador and primary point of contact for Guests and VIPs throughout their stay, delivering personalised assistance and curated local insight with discretion and professionalism.
As a Concierge, you will shape the first and lasting impressions of the hotel experience. You will engage with Guests and VIPs throughout their stay, providing expert guidance on hotel services and the local destination, while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a key point of contact for Guests, responding to enquiries efficiently, courteously, and with attention to detail
- Providing tailored information, recommendations, and booking services for a wide range of Guest requests, including city experiences, theatre tickets, dining reservations, medical services, and travel arrangements
- Accurately processing, handling, and delivering Guest messages and correspondence
- Coordinating the delivery, collection, and secure storage of Guest luggage with care and discretion
- Remaining fully informed of hotel services, daily VIP arrivals, special requests, and notable events
- Ensuring the lobby and entrance areas are maintained in an orderly, safe, and welcoming condition at all times
- Supporting Management as required, including responding calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Consistently presenting a polished, professional image that reflects exceptional hospitality and Guest service
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment
- Adhering to all policies and procedures when operating front-of-house equipment and property management systems

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience working in a Concierge role within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment
